Data collection

Freshtime does not collect any personal data. Your project names, time entries, and all other app data are stored exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to any server.

Your app data

All data created within Freshtime, including project names, time logs, notes, and settings, is stored locally on your device. Cedar Garden LLC has no access to this data. No account is required to use the application.

Analytics

As of the effective date of this policy, the Freshtime app does not collect any analytics or usage data. No crash reports, behavioral data, or usage statistics are transmitted from the application.

Cedar Garden LLC reserves the right to integrate analytics services into the application at a future date. Any such analytics will be strictly limited to aggregate, non-personal usage data such as feature interactions and session counts. Your project names, time entries, and all other personal or work-related data will never be transmitted under any circumstances.

If analytics are introduced, this policy will be updated before activation, and users will be notified through the application or an updated policy at freshtime.app/privacy.

Third-party services

As of June 5, 2026, Freshtime does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. Cedar Garden LLC reserves the right to introduce third-party integrations in future versions of the application, subject to an updated privacy policy. Any third-party services will be bound by the same data-minimization principles outlined above.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above. We won’t use your data in ways that contradict what’s written here without your explicit consent.
